Abstract Submission
The period of the abstract submission for regular papers is finished.
The author who have not received e-mail as "receiving of abstract" from abstract takers, please let us know.
All of Abstracts that submitted before the deadline (5 November) of period of submission are accepted as Oral or Poster presentation.
Details of program of the conference will be announced on this site soon, please wait a while.
Submitted abstracts after the deadline are only acceptable as a "Late News" for a poster presentation, until 20 November.
The abstract of "Late News" will not be included in the abstract book but will be distributed in photocopies at the conference site.
The acceptance notice for the "LateNews" will be made by 30 November.

The abstract submission will open 29 August and will close 5 November 2012.
After 5 November 2012 (Submission deadline), the Program Committee will impartially select abstracts for the Oral Presentation from scientific point-of-view.
Corresponding authors of the selected abstracts will be notified as soon as the Committee has made its decision.

The entry applicant for the ICNME2012 Best Poster Award
*ICNME2012 Best Poster Award
Outstanding posters will be awarded with the ICNME2012 Best Poster Award. The organizing committee of ICNME2012 intends to honor and encourage young scientist whose current research displays a high level of excellence and distinction. The purpose of the Best Poster Award is to recognize outstanding young scientists whose posters demonstrate both excellence in research and presentation. The awardees will be announced at the closing ceremony on 14 December.
A panel of the steering committee will judge all applied posters during the poster presentation. Each candidate will be asked to give a two-minute short-presentation held on December 12 (12:20-13:10) or 13 (12:10-13:00). Poster will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
1) the quality of their presentation
2) their short-presentation
3) submitted poster abstracts
All young researchers who are 35 years old or younger (on 31 March 2013) are encouraged to participate to apply for the award must be registered at the moment of submission.
